I have 4 SEBLOD content types but none show up in the SEBLOD tab. What am I doing wrong?

The seblod functionality is not fully implemented as we are waiting for feedback on a couple of reported issues

Are you using the latest zentools version?

I have done a test with the latest download and seblod in a simple slideshow and it works for me

Have you saved out the zentools module then re entered?

Seblod content shows only after saving, before it does not. May not work or be your issue, but when testing in the early version it caught me out.

Thanks but saving and reentering solves nothing for me, still not a sinlge field. The desc says "Click generate assets to create the xml ..." I cant see any button like that. My verseion is 2.3.2.

Can you go through the steps you went through

What the content types use art_title and art_introtext fields... etc

As I'm a bit out of my depth I asked a dev to create a module

"my content type use art_title and art_introtext fields..
and the items are content articles, saving in joomla categories"

And for them it worked

My content types are also content articles, saving in joomla categories but I need other fields than art_title and art_introtext fields anyway. In my installation not a single seblod field out of the 300 I have shows up.

How can we proceed? Idont know how to debug that. I need a solution quickly, thanks.

Can you summarise what the module is supposed to be displaying?

Seblod is new to me so I will talk to the developers on this

Ok this is what the developer has said

"The fields need this app folder

if change to Quick Folder the module find the extra fields

the user needs to change his fields to this folder"

Thanks. The quick folder trick worked. But now I have to destroy my entire folder structure just to get the zentools working. And I cant use any of the core fields because they are not in the quick folder.

The lightbox does not work on images pulled from a seblod field. How can I debug that?

Can I perhaps suggest you purchase a 2-hour support block so you can work with a developer directly as this is a bit beyond the normal support offered (I don't think I can be of much help with this)

As I can't really advise on how best to manage the file structure you have and I think only a developer can help with this

Time wise we have some time tomorrow to help you if you can purchase that support block

That is why I opted for the Developer Plan. But ok, where do I buy that additional Support?

We try our best to answer as many support questions as we can and as quick as we can but sometimes some issues are too complex

Just so are you are aware of the limitations of support - this is from the signup page

"Customisation support refers to the level of help we provide for customising your Joomla template. This support is provided via our forum and ticket system and is available for all developer level subscribers. This support is limited to help with changes to html and css and does not extend to customising deeper php or javascript implementation."

We do often exceed this level of support but in this case, it isn't possible given the complexity involved

Regarding purchasing the support block you need to go to the menu item in the rop right corner and select subscription details

then click the Addon Services and then purchase 2x1 hour support block

Once purchased create a ticket with the information needed and we can go from there

Found it, will buy it for the dynamic data implementation.

But first I want to get the basic funcionality going. I think the Lightbox should work out of the box on normal image fields without any changes in the PHP or JS code right?

So how do I debug the missing lightbox and the not working "equal height"?
