update content - cache issue?

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hi all,

I am using a filter layout based on tags with zentools2, and an ordinary banner sideshow of images from the articles, and update the articles each day.

The banner slideshow updates each time, but not the Filter tag layout.

A Moments template.

I have tried clearing browser cache, and joomla cache...

Anything else that I am missing for getting this to work?

Thanks

Jill

Hi Jill,

Any server caching? e.g. siteground has caching enabled by default
It uses supercacher in the cpanel

Cheers

Can't see any caching turned on, on the server.

I think it was to do with the Tags option I had set in Content. I made it Joomla (articles), and all is go!

Cheers to you Paul

Same question to a similar problem. Ascent2, backstretch slideshow, K2 items .. .works perfectly. But change a main image in an item and the slideshow image remains as before, even when the new image appears in the K2 item as expected. Will the cache eventually update to render the slideshow with the new image? Hosting is Siteground. tks for any suggestions

No problem

Works fine but needs to be either flushed or disable during development
