Zentools 2 + K2 "READ MORE" text

Hi, I'm using Zentools 2 (with Motion template) and pulling content from K2 source. I've got the expanding preview layout enabled. I've been trying to change the "Read more:" text to something else (and maybe add some custom css to the link too). I'm completely lost with which file I should be editing. I've tried changing it in some files but it's not working. Could you point me in the right direction? Which file should I be editing for this? Or as it might be easier, what's the "language constant" for the language override for the "Read more:" text?

Hi

In the module settings have opened the read more tab and tried changing the option labelled

"Custom more text"
