Filter layout - show from the beginning only custom filtered items

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hi!
It's possible in the filter layout to show from the beginning onlythe items with the tags setted in the custom filter?

Like this:
I have a category "Animals" with items for all kind of animals, tagged "dogs", "cats", "horses", "birds", "spiders", "fishes" and so on.
I will see in a module only the items tagged dogs, cats, horses - and of course to have the ability to filter for dogs or cats or horses.
In another module I will see only fishes and birds.

This is my attempt:
"Select a layout" - filter
"Select a content source": Joomla (and in Content tab only the Animals categories)
"In Module layout and settings" Filter type: tags

[x] Override filter
custom filter order:
dogs, cats, horses

This way I can filter by tags using only the setted tags (wonderfull!), but all the items are visible in the beginning and whit the "Show all" button...
I'm overlooking something?

Or this is a suggestion for the next update of Zentools2?

Thanks!

Hi

You can disable show all in the settings and then add the tag that loads first

"Display show all button"

"Active item on load"

Both settings are in the Module layout and settings section

Very nice!
And adding some new appropriate new tag to my items, "show all dogs cats and horses" i can simulate the "show all" button.
Near prefect.

Thanks!

Yes, all ok.
This is the result (website not yet completed!)

When I have time I will differentiate the buttons "shows all" (first level), "siti web" and "grafica" (second level) and the others (third level).
If it is useful for someone:
you can do it using CSS selectors
.zt-filter-list.btn ul li [data-filter =. "grafica"] span {background-color: #00F;}
