Zentools2: Slideshow not showing "Fulltext"

Hi, I just started using Zentools2 (v1.0.5) on EcoLife.

I'm facing a problem in slideshow layout.
In Item layout, I've selected items below:
- First column: Image, Introtext
- Second column: Title, Fulltext
(Content source is Joomla.)

However, it does not load fulltext. It shows introtext instead.
As a result, slideshow contains the duplicated introtext.

Am I missing something?
I attached screenshot of the layout settings, just in case.

Hi Paul,

The site is in development status. So I sent the URL via support ticket along with admin credentials.
