Responsive 2 Caching

Hi!

I am using your Resposive2 template. Everytime I edit the custom.css file, it takes at least 5 minutes for the changes to appear. I have no site caching on, I use a general cache clearing plugin and I used your full installer.

Is there a hidden caching and how do I kill it ?

Hi

Have you checked with your host?

Sometimes they have caching on the server level and it can be disabled via the cpanel

This is true of siteground for instance
