Ensure you have the zenmenu plugin installed and enabled.

In the Joomla Menu manage, select your menu, then the menu item you want to add the sub title - this will open in Edit Menu Item.

On the tabs - select "Zen Menu"

You will see the field call "Subtitle" - enter the text you want here, save.

You will also see and Icon option should you want to add an icon to the menu.

Could you explain with some more detail of what is not working for you please?

Checking your links both show the sub title on the menu

and

linea feudiravaschieri > Sughi pronti

Both sub titles are very light in colour on the styling you have currently setup, maybe you are not seeing them on your monitor/screen.

I changed the color of the text by adjusting the CSS and I solved. I could change the color through the template, on which voice color had to act?

Not a 100% sure what you mean

The style

#menu .zen-menu-caption {color: #eeeeee;}

controls the caption so if you add this to the custom.css file with your own colour value that should do the trick
