home menu button not working

Hi - I've just made this development site live:
www.roberttearle.com/index.php/
At first I could find only the home page, because all the other menu links returned a 505.
I turned off 'rewrite URLs' in global config and all the other pages came back, but now I'm getting 505 if I click the home button from anywhere else on the site.
Has anyone any ideas? My client is about to get cross :-(

Sorry - found it!

System config in Admin Tools was still showing the old path. Been there before, I should have remembered…

But… I still get a 505 when I turn on rewrite URLS.
I'm sure I've been here before too, but I can't remember the fix.
Anyone any ideas?
