Problem to identify a twice menu word

Hello 
since I switched the site in a multilingual version I have the name of the link (or maybe it’s the name of the category?) that appears twice in the menu; this word appears only for the home page and I can’t identify how it is generated in the page since it does not appear in the DOM.
I looked carefully to all options for articles, categories and menus, but I am unable to understand how the word "Partenza" is generated ...
Do you have an idea?
