Ecolife Documentation

Hello,

Is it just me or is the documentation for the Joomla template missing an important point?
docs.joomlabamboo.com/joomla-template/ecolife/2_module-positions.html

I don't see any positions there.

As well I would like to get more info about the
{ jb_icon-rss }
possibilities, like icons and code preview.

Hello paulus103,

I don't want to put pressure on that matter, but I should know if there is any position which is always visible on the screen, like a "debug" position.

I would have to insert a Live Chat link and I have to have it always visible.

Thanks for a short reply!

We are in the process of updating our docs to a different system so I will need to check why the pic is missing with the team

Just checked with the team re debug -

Can you try typing the name debug into the module positions box

Regarding the positions - the positions image is up

Debug isn't listed but if you follow above you should be fine

Hello Paulus103,

Sorry for getting back on this topic.

Looking at the Quickstart package I found a module position "Filter" which I can not localize on the template.
prntscr.com/8erq5y

As well I can not find the position on the module map, is this an undocumented position like "debug" which does not show on the layout?

Hi

This is a madeup position name - its used by a joomla core plugin called loadposition

you create a unique position name and then load it in an article using the loadposition syntax (although it can also work in a module)

for example

{loadposition filter}

and then it loads the module which is using position name filter
