Full width module position

Hello everybody!
Does someone maybe knows how can I create a module position that is full width like google maps on my paged and that is place just below the menu. Here is the link to my website:http://nafta.ortooptic.com/ In attachment there is a drawing what I want to achieve. Any ideas?

Its just the pic looks different than the website

so its the tab section as per the website rather the pic?
