Dear Paul et al,

Me again… I am working on a site derived from the Venture template. I like the layout in desktop view where the main content and sidebar 1 module over-lap the top background image of the ocean, however when I decrease the width of the browser window to see what the page would look like on an iPad or a cell phone, the ocean background becomes too long and the separation between the menu and the main content becomes hugely separated, in short the layout when tested on my iPhone is erratic and unpredictable. I have looked in the template settings to see if there is some setting that I can play around with in an attempt to alleviate the problem, but do not see a setting which is obvious.

Dear Paul,

I am having a very hard time making the layout consistent on every page of this template. Is there a way I can pay you to make everything work? Then, when I make a new site for another client, I can just copy it. For instance, Look at this page:

I have no idea why the background of the content in Sidebar 1 does not stretch to the bottom of the sidebar.. Instead of spending hours and hours to figure out which parameter I have wrong and bothering you all the time.. I am just willing to pay you to fix things. Is that possible?

Can you open a ticket for the two issues you list

1. the height
2. the sidebar background

and we can see if we can fix them

Regarding purchasing some support time perhaps wait till these are addressed and then see if you want to purchase some support
