Joomlabamboo Templates

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

I updated my venture template to August 2015 version as well as updated Joomla to 3.6.4.

I wanted to change the theme. After making the changes I'm unable to either "Save" or "Save As". None of these two buttons work. I checked this with other Joomla templates, and they too do not work.

I tested this with default Joomla Templates"Protostar", everything works OK.

What is the solution to this?

Do you have any security extensions installed?

I'm assuming you have been able to save previously?

none whatsoever. The only thing I did was to move my site to Siteground and have Cloudfare CDN enabled.

None. Save and Save & close buttons just do not work. No reaction or error message.

Thank you for your patience.

I solved the issue by deactivating "Cloudfare CDN". I have a free Cloudfare CDN through Siteground.

The problem vanished the moment I disabled Cloudfare CDN.

You should have a look at why this CDN affects Joomlabamboo Templates.

It has something to do with Cloudflare CDN cache. I tried it just now with Cloudflare CDN enebled and it now works ok.
