I can see compression on the docman css are you using or requiring bootstrap to be loaded via the template?

The buttons on the right are docman download buttons

docman_download docman_download--right

Docman has css compression enabled

Yes makes sense it's an alternative solution to what I first suggested e.g. you needed to load bootstrap support
