text fields missing borders on mobile

I've tried adding code in custom.css but it's not appearing. Your help is appreciated! To see on mobile visit napmdd.org/napmdd-live

If you add this

main input, textarea {-webkit-box-shadow: inset 0 1px 2px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.39) important;
-moz-box-shadow: inset 0 1px 2px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.39) important;
box-shadow: inset 0 1px 2px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.39) important;
}

Does that improve the display?
