How can I adjust the look and function of the off canvas module to slide over the top of he main content and/or give the area more width? For example, like the off canvas style seen here on joonlabamboo.com?

For the off canvas alignment - can you test by disabling the

"please leave a message" extension

and

"follow" and "Share" extension on mobile

Ok - I was able to adjust the width the way I needed it following your tips, but I am still having issues with the "touchable" area. If viewed on a smartphone, when you try to scroll through the menu items in the off-canvas area the main content that is pushed left scrolls instead. I hope it makes sense what I'm referring to.
