Slideshow Image Sizes

I use the slideshow with only one picture as a static background. I'm trying to figure out which sizes fit well with different screens. Also I'm wondering about the ratio.

It works already fine with a quite large picture, but a better loading time would be great.

Can you recommend anything? Cheers Benjamin

Hi

With the existing large image are you optimising the file size?

Kraken is good for this
