Focus2-menu bar

Is there a simple way to create single menu bar without the breaks between the social, menu, and play slideshow areas. And can this horizontal bar be moved to the top of the page and reside there without space between the top of browser and the menu bar.

Are you thinking of the one page layout or the standard article one?
