Focus2 - article-heading font-size

I tried building on some of your previous fixes to do this myself, but I'm missing something.

How do I control the size of the font on the overlay that goes on to of the article page images when they load.

I've attached a screen shot below. I'm trying to control Wenatchee River - Leavenworth; I'm trying to make it smaller.

.cols-1 .with-image .article-title {font-size: 2em;}

I was close with my own efforts (learn from your previous answers of course).
