I have just taken out a new subscription but I cannot access any downloads, I just get redirected to the ‘4 reasons to join Joomlabamboo’ page. How long does it normally take to receive access?

Logged out and then back in. Clicked DOWNLOADS and selected the templates I wanted to download. My questio is: is there a button or something else that starts the download process?

Nothing happens, no downloads.

Ive just reset the account again - can you try now? If its the same thing can you describe what you mean by nothing happens?

No error message in the browser etc?

I logged out and in, did DOWNLOADS, line appeared on the screen for input of my choices and I typed BOOST and PHOTOGRAPHY separated by a space.

What I am asking is what am I supposed to do nexxt to get the downloads to begin? There are no messages and nothing I have done before (TAB, clicking on DOWNLOADS again, etc.) has worked. Still no downloads.

I see - the filter filters for the item title or for the extension used. Not the type of file.

If you leave the input area blank you will see all of the downloads. If you just type boost then it will show you all the boost files. Typing photography will lead to a blank list.

I am using Firefox ti track for downloads. Firefox shows nothing coming down.

OK. I typed only boost and got the display as you said. But what do I do next in order to get boost to download? I'm sorry I'm asking the same question over and over. But, nothing happens; No download takes place.

Are you clicking on the name of the file you want to download?
eg JB_Boost_J3+_v1.0.2.zip

That was the problem. I am now. What's the difference between normal and bootstrap?

Bootstrap isn't required for our themes but if you use a 3rd party extension that requires it then you can add it under the theme panel in the template settings.
