link colors for module edit link on frontend

How do I change the color of the link that allows a logged-in user to edit a module on the frontend?
The button/link is the same color as my background, so is not visible. I know that it is there, but my users do not.

When i hover over the link, the button's background changes to the color set as primary in the template - which is fine. Which template setting controls this, or what selector can I use to control the color in the CSS?

The color of the link for editing an article is visible as one would expect

Can you add a screenshot with an arrow pointing to the button/ link in question?
