My website runs Rasa2 and Zentools 1.13.4

I would like to upgrade the version of PHP I am running (currently set to 5.6). When I change it to 7 + my homepage no longer displays properly.
Just wondering if you have some tips for me : )

My thought was to update Zentools but actually I just installed the newer version and the template is still working with the old version.

Hi Julia,

Try downloading the latest zentools v1 version that should be compatible with php7

What template version number are you using?

I am using Rasa2 1.0.

I uploaded the latest Zen Tools but the template is still using the old version-


I thought that by uploading the latest Zen Tools it would update Zen Tools rather than separately adding the new version...I guess not! When I disable the old version the site no longer displays.

What should I do?

Hi

After updating if checking via manage you need to select it and then refresh the cache

This will updates to the version just installed (fingers crossed)

With

What is the problem exactly?

If the problem is a white screen then it a good idea to set the error reporting level to maximum

I selected the recently uploaded version of ZenTools in the manage section and refreshed the cache but there is no change. When I disable to old version of ZenTools the ZenTools modules no longer display on the site- so I assume this means that the modules are not using the newer version of ZenTools?

To answer your question about what happens to the site when I use PHP 7- none of the images in the ZenTools modules display...
