I need to create a customization of the home page design that probably requires a fair bit of changes to or creation of custom sections. I'd rather pass this over to your custom design folks than try to hack it myself. If it could actually be done with the existing design elements, I would still pass it to you to document all of the tweaks and changes I'd need to accomplish.

Is this something I could get done via a "Custom Code" time block? You would need to see my proposed design before quoting possible hours. Who would I send that to for evaluation?
