Rasa2 Back to the Top not appearing on mobile devices: Bug or Feature or Configuration Setting?

I am working on a site converting to the Rasa2 template at samag.cloudaccess.net that has the really nice Back to the Top icon in the bottom right of the pages when we scroll down. However, I was just asked why it does not work on mobile devices. I am wondering if this is a Bug, Feature or a Configuration option that I am missing? :-)

My friend who reported this to me just told me that his wife has a new Samsung tablet. I have asked him to tell me the make and model. I also tested this with my Google Nexus 10 and my Samsung Galaxy Note 5.

Hi Sean,

Yes it's disabled by design.

Fixed elements crowd the mobile interface so I do that by default.

To remove that in the tpls/blocks/scripts.php remove the class="hidden-phone class on the totop div"

I will be making this an option in future themes.

Thank you very much. I thought that might be these case. It's a feature! :-)
