remove "main menu" above menu

Hi, how do I remove the words "main menu" from above the menu? Thanks!

First thing I'd check is the main menu module has the module heading set to hide.

Go to module [manager]
Find the menu module for this menu and open
Set show title option to hide
Save and close
Refresh the front end browser
