JB1.jpg

Hello,
Since a few days I notice a strange behavior with hetnatuurhuis.nl :
1) a (shadow?)line in the menubar is out of position (see screendumps)
2) when a page is refreshed or recalled through the menu, the layout changes. A white border appears and the logo "Het Natuurhuis" is shown as it should be (see screendumps)
I guess it has something to do with the CSS not properly loading. Can you help?
Kind Regards,
Jos

Hi Jos,

Can you try adding this for the menu

#menu ul > li:last-child a:after, #menu ul > li:last-child .zen-menu-heading:after {height: 75px; top: 15px;}

Hi Paul,

I'm no CSS-expert, so I had to figure out how and where to do this. I added it to the theme.css file, but this had no result. This is how it looks like (see screendump). Again, I'm no expoert in this, so perhaps this isn't what you ment.

Kind Regards,
Jos

Hi Jos,

Can you check out this doc

docs.joomlabamboo.com/zen-grid-framework-4/theme/customisation

and use the custom.css and that line of css there

Cheers

Hi Jos,

Are you using a file compression extension?

I can't see the custom.css file listed in the source code so its either the extension or the custom.css file is not named properly

Hi Paul,

The options in the template to compress CSS and Javascript were enabled (wich is a standard setting I believe). I disabled them. Also scriptmerge was installed and active. I removed this plugin. After this, the website needed some time "to settle" again.

If you have more important things to do, don't bother to much since I'm considering to move to the Ascent2-template: www.moestuin.com/natuur2
It could be I need your help with this template as well however........

Kind Regards,
Jos

Hi Jos,

With any compression or caching it can require you to turn them off and then resave and the changes should then work

For me the css does seem to have done the trick - is that the same for you?
