Also I don’t know if it is an explorer issue, but the 2 slides one with my sandwich board and one saying “a friendly clean office space” the photos are only partial in the slide show.

I have removed the text from this slideshow...

Also, now there is a black area at the bottom of each slide. Can you please take a look at these two issues?

Try changing the slideshow layout to flat or remove the overlay settings

With the image how does it look to you?

I am a Mac Person! So, don't have Explorer on my computer!
It is the client who uses Explorer, and she reported this to me as in the quote noted in my first posting of the issue.

Does this help? Do you have Explorer...?

So if you can attach what you want it to look like or how its displaying on your mac

With Internet Explorer its best to use the most recent version

But I'd suggest first step is to find out what she is using - she could be using really old versions
