Hi there,

I am having difficulty installing the JB_Xero_Quickstart_J341_v1.3.2.zip package.

I've locally installed a new joomla demo site (XeroDemo), but installing the package via the 'Upload Package File' option yields no result (success or error).

I've then moved the package to \www\XeroDemo/tmp folder to install via the 'Install from Directory' option which yields the following warning and error (see attachment)



Extracting the package from the zip file to the /tmp folder and trying to install from directory option yields a success (message only) but the Xero template does not appear in the template manager.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Be kind...

The quickstart do not install from within joomla as they are complete examples of the demo site complete with data etc.
