i needed a phone number at the top of the mobile phone layout that the viewer can click on and dial directly

this is how i did it

files altered
templateDetails.xml
template default.php
custom.css
new file blocks mobi-phone.php



see the attached PDF as this will strip the code

How does it click and dial?
Is there an app?

I've never had to do this

it uses the tel: syntax

<a href="tel:0123456789"> 01 2345 6789 </a>


a normal number works on an iPhone but androids etc use tel:

xero is good

we did some alpha testing on this server with Anthony to overcome a couple of issues

perhaps this method can do on the documentation to help others

you can also add a logo but the css needs altering

the way i hid the logo from the wider view was to use the
suffix
hidden-navcollapse

there may be another more elegant way
