When I click that button I get this in the console:

There was a typo that was fixed in v1.0.5 thats just been released.

It will work fine now.

Thanks, the error is gone but I still dont know what this button does because nothing happens when I click on it no matter what I choose in the nearby select box.

Nothing happens in the admin or on the front end of the site or both?

I cant load my settings, the select always gets reset when I hit that blue load settings button.

Ive just managed to login to your site and this setting is working.

1. Go to the theme panel in the default Xero template.
2. Select one of the bootstrap styles in the select list.
3. Hit load settings
4. You will see that the theme changes from Sea Wolf (or whatever was there) to bootstrap.

Any other relevant changes have been changed. To make this stick you need to then hit save.

1.0.6 seems to fix all issues, thanks.
