Remove category tab in Newstream 2

Hi All, I have small issue that I now need to remove the tabs on the Zentools Grids published to Tabs position within Newstream 2. I want to keep the layout but not the tab at the top. (there's only one now)I tried hiding title in the module- no change
I tried searching the forum and came up with some code to place in custom css but nothing changed, I have attached an image of the tab showing category that I wish to remove, (this is the category module now moved to Grid 3) same goes for the tab in Zentools published to Grid4 as latest news.
So to clarify I want to keep the content and functionality without the tabs at the top.
