have you tried to change permissions directly in your host (by logging into your member area)?

Looking at the pic it looks like an ownership issue - perhaps ask the host about this

Hi,

This looks like a file ownership issue, not permissions.

Your FTP user does not have the right to modify any files from the user/group 48

You can verify this by going to the template admin area and trying to rename the file there or through your hosting control panel.
docs.joomla.org/J3.x:Modifying_a_Joomla!_Template

If you can change the filename in the template admin (or if Joomla can do anything like upload an extension or image that you can't do by ftp) then the problem is ownership

This is more of a hosting issue than a Joomla one and your host should be able to fix it for you by enabling suphp.

Afraid not I can't install/update extensions and I see all the folders as unwritable
