Is the site using the same template style across the whole site?

Have you updated the site to the latest template version?

I'm using 2 templates in style of newstream one for Home page layout and other for inner page with different position layout. I'm using latest version of teplate.

As i save the caption. I got notification" cocnfiguration settings is saved". But it is not showing when i reload admin side.

Are you familiar with using the chrome developer tools and the console window?

When saving do you see any error in the browser console window?

Everything except item caption is working fine. All the other settings are configured and saved except item caption in Mega menu. Please help for it asap.

In the template's menu settings have you got the menu set to mega menu or menu for the sub page template?
If so please create a ticket and Ill look into this for you.

The way T3 works with the mega menu is that the settings are relevant for each template style. So since you are using two template styles you need to also add captions to the other style. It was properly applied to the home template but not the default template.

Ive added one caption for you to see.

I know it's a bit annoying but it makes it much more flexible.

Hi Jeff,

You just needed to edit all of the instances of the template. As I mentioned the mega menu is created for specific instances of the template and does not apply across the site globally.

Hi,

It's again disappeared. Could you please let me know how to check the setting for mega menu item caption.

Go to the template you are displaying in the admin - click on mega menu - set your caption there.

I would just add the captions to all instances of the template.
