When I checked the demo site the menu shows up and I think the slideshow is configured to not show, as I had to change the settings to get it to show up.

I backed up the template.css and all files in local folder, then rewrote with the files from a fresh download of the template, the menu still still not show up, nor the slideshow. I am at a loss of what to do next, a fresh install in a local site, then import the database? Trying to make this as less time intensive as possible, oh woe is me, I did not check the mobile version along the way, just resized the browser.

I was expecting you to take an akeeba backup of the entire site

So you have a fully working backup of the site?

And have installed the latest version of the template using the template zip file via the Joomla standard installer?

Yep please do so at least if it doesn't work we are on the same page so to speak

I think the answer will be media queries but having the latest template version is best if a problem is encountered

Yes atsurecompliance.com slideshow not displaying on mobile home page with all settings set up as you advised for previous site I was having trouble with
