Advantage or disadvantage of turning on Bootstrap in Presto Template Theme Style?

One of the options in the template themes for Presto is the option to include Bootstrap. By default it is set to No. Can you tell me the reason why we would want to turn on Bootstrap or turn it off. In my limited thinking I imagine that bootstrap is good. Will it degrade the performance to turn on bootstrap?

It depends :)

"Bootstrap support

Presto also provides bootstrap support for users that want to integrate the theme into other bootstrap dependant solutions."

If you don't need it then its safe to turn it off
