I am excited about the direction with Presto template - the drag and drop gallery capacity especially.

Will these features be available for other Joomla 3 templates?

I am also curious if the Disqus integration can be isolated to apply to other templates as well?

The idea is that we will create skins for presto that will be compatible with some of our existing templates.

Discus was baked into the template because of the way that ajax is used in the template. To use disqus in other themes there are some plugins that can do this for you. I think joomlaworks created one that does that.

Not many of our sites are gallery oriented, but see the possibilities for many cases.

I use Disqus in another of our J2.5 sites, thanks to Rob Went who helped with the Single Sign on! Just wanted to check in before using JoomlaWorks for the J3 sites.

I am looking forward to seeing the other 'skins' on the Presto template. I have to say that is one of the coolest templates that I have ever seen. I wish I had a site to create with that template now. I may just have to create one for no reason. Good job!

Well... cross your fingers... I am hoping that my son-in-law will agree to let me build him a website using Presto for his "Good Morning Flooring" business. He is an artist and a craftsman. His work is beautiful and I think this template will really help to showcase his work.

Are there any news on the skins of the galleries playing with other templates?

I would love to use the gallery feature of presto in other templates. Could be a part of the ZGF4.
