The template occupies only part of the screen of the iPhone

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hi!
The template Lifestyle2 that I am using for my site only takes up part of the screen of the iPhone, leaving a gray vertical stripe on the right.
On 800x1200pixels tablet, instead, the template works well.
Look at the image attached
How can I solve this problem?
Thanks!

Hi!
when the iPhone is in landscape position, the strip does not appear and functions regularly.
Yes, the address of my site is what you wrote.
Thank you!

Hi

It's the template version rather than the plugin version

Regarding the plugin can you downgrade to the version supported by the template - its found on the template download page

Don't update the T3 framework past this version

Lifestyle2 Template v.1.0, March 2014

t3_blank Template v.2.2.1 30 July 2015 JoomlArt.com

t3_bs3_blank Template v.2.2.1 30 July 2015 JoomlArt.com

That was what you wanted to know, or something else?
I do not understand what you wrote.
I do downgrade what? Which plugin you talking about?
Cheers!

I do downgrade from 2.5.2 to 2.4.7 T3 framework?
This means I have to uninstall the version 2.5.2 and manually install the version 2.4.7?
Cheers!

Hi

First back up the site using an extension like akeeba backup

Install the T3 plugin version from the template download page - don't uninstall anything

Download the latest template version and compile using the less to css button in the template settings

Hi! Sorry for the delay in response. At the moment it does not seem that the situation has improved, but for now the problem of the gray strip on the left is no longer important.
Thanks anyway for your help!

Hi!
I'm sorry, but after the operations that you told me, it happened again the problem of the page too short in height, that dumps down all the content outside the boundaries of the page.
This problem I had solved Anthony Olsen in an old ticket that I had opened. He solved it by writing this:

The equal height script was being used for the sidebar image However since you dont have to sidebarr've removed it completely for you so all the pages are loading correctly now.

Can you please help me again? Or you tell me how to do?
Thank you!
