Articles Showing on Homepage

Every since I changed templates, I am getting links to articles showing on the homepage when I do not desire them to. I have a menu creating for the links but they are still showing on the homepage with the joomla bamboo modules on top. How can I fix this?

Hi

This looks like Joomlas itemid issue

You can solve this by having menu links pointing to pages either individually or using their category

The menu doesn't have to be published on the site
