I have the same problem with the sticky nav not sticking.
I too installed Jquery Easy and set it to version '1.8 (latest version)' but it made no difference. (JQuery Easy said Joomla is using jQuery v1.11.2)
I have noticed that when in the template manager ->Effects ->sticky nave (ON); that there is no setting available for the 'offset position':
As it says: "The offset position allows you to determine when the sticky nav becomes enabled." But there isn't one.
I haven't looked on the other templates lately, but I'm pretty sure there was a pre-set box with something like 50px as the default setting; but there is no such box here.

Hope that helps to figure this one out.
Here is the site I'm working on: 223.130.25.70/~growgree/

Via ticket, I got the following back and it did the trick in this template
.fixed-menu #logo-nav {
 position: fixed; z-index: 100; width: 100%; top: 0;
}

Yes, worked for me too.
Should I disable JQuery Easy?

Thanks.
