Gallery Module: Stacked Layout issues

I'm attempting to configure the Lifestyle2 template to display the Staked Gallery as it appears on the demo website.

I believe I've installed everything correctly, however the images won't display when I select the Stacked Layout Type option. All other Layout Type options such as Slideshow display correctly.

Hi

I'm seeing a 404 are the site permissions set correctly and images present?

I'd also check the filenames - do the same files display in the layouts that work?
