Probably and easy answer (I hope), So far I have three stacked items in grid1, two are showing double titles, I have tried turning off "show titles" for each article and have Googled double titles and such, the answers have been product specific...uggh.

Tried looking at the elements and the two that double title appear the same as the one that isn't (equestrian industry).

Also you need to increase the width for positions and remove the positions that don't have content

Are you familiar with how to do this in T3 based templates?

Yes, I am doing that as I go along...was using newstream2...downloading latest and greatest now

what's the best way to update the template, without losing anything?

Tried updating the template, all directories and permissions are writable, cannot install newer template (Warning: Copy File Failed) and (Error installing template)...Zentools was up to date already current template is 1.0.1

That does normally mean permissions are awry

Yea, I just changed chmod on the tmp folder and config and nada...let me try using chrome...updated/installed everything else without issue, just the template

Nope, not an issue with other templates, just installed Rasa and NewStream without issue

Here is the original issue, and yes, Rasa2 and NewStream2 installed without issue and I downloaded lifestyle2 several times and this will not install

If you turn off article titles in article global settings that should get rid of one of those

I'll check the quickstart and then installing the standard template

Yea...everything is working, except the newest Lifestyle2 template...like I mentioned, I tried installing a few others, all worked without a hitch. I do know zentools is current.

Are you installing to the same server?
Have you tried updating those templates?

The file sizes will be different for the template - I don't think its this but what is the upload/post max limit?

Turned it off and it worked...I turned it off for the article itself previously, this seemed to do the trick. Thanks. But, yes, if you could check out what is up with the newest template, I'd appreciate it. I opened the permissions everywhere (and locked them back down after) to try, but same error. All permissions appear to be in place

Tried it....same error. BTW, I also did Rasa2 again without issue (the newest release), also installed Ecolife, everything installs without issue except Lifestyle 2. Let me ask a question, if I uninstall Lifestyle2, will lose all the data or just the initial settings? I ask because I just can't afford to redo articles, etc...so, as long as I just lose template position type of things and the like, I can try that. I have the previous versions if need be. This is just a client that is a pain....

No - don't uninstall the template - you will lose all your settings
