Hi,

i would like to place a slider directly above the footer. Is there any module position with 100% width or how can this be achieved?

It depends really on how you want it to look

So you could use any of the rows above footer and set 1 position as full width by making this position the only one set to show

More complicated would be to make the footer full width as this would require an edit of a php file
