Controlling of menu width?

Hi,
I'm using the megamenu to create a three column grid and can not find a way of getting rid of the extra spaces to the right. Is it possible? See the attached screenshots.

What are the columns widths set to if you click them?

They need to be set as 4 - looks like they are set to 3

Yes you are right, i had specified 3 for each column but i thought the width would adjust to the content. If i specify 4 for each column then i still ends up with a lot of unused spaces. I guess my assumption was wrong about the adjustment of the width based on content.

You could make the elements longer and reduce the total drop down width

I do not understand how to do that.
In the megamenu configuration i set each column to 4 se below.

As you can see there is alot of blank spaces. There seems to be a submenu width box that is grayed out and nothing can be entered there.
Is it this box that control the width?

Hi Lars,

Good question - yes that is the value I was looking at

Try removing the 2 and third columns then click the grey area and see if the field is then available

Hi now it works :)

The field is grayed out when using the rightmost alignment option.

Thanks
