I'm trying to delete a tag "Washington River Rafting" and simply use "Washington". I read the documentation here that says Tags can be found under Components. However, I am using the Quickstart version of Novus and Tags doesn't appear under Components. What should I do? Where should I look?

Note: I'd simply add "Washington" and move on, but that's not allowed, defaulting to "Washington River Rafting" in the article drop-down menu.

Two things:

1) Joomla update sent me this notification:

nJoomla! version currently installed: 3.2.3
Joomla! version available for installation: 3.3.0

(System Information shows: Joomla! 3.3.0 Stable [ Ember ] 30-April-2014 14:00 GMT )

Should I do the update before we try the myphpadmin approach? As mentioned this was a straight Quickstart install.

2) When you say to create a ticket for myphpadmin access, you're talking hosting control panel access and not Joomla control panel access...correct?

Hi

There is a glitch in the sample data which is fixed by editing the phpmyadmin panel

so yes we would need access to that

You can updating but I don't think that will help

When I create the ticket, do I need to re-explain the problem or simply provide domain_name.com/cpanel, user name and password?

And enter the cpanel details in the right boxes
