Add new module position

I'm trying to figure out 2 other things:

1) Left Image: How can I add more positions to the module section?
2) Right Image: In the templates, I've the option to increase the number of modules from Top1 to Top4 + 2 extra positions. How can I name these 2 positions Top5 and Top6?
3) Can I add another row of Top positions (Top7 to Top12)?

I'm having trouble uploading an image attachment to this post.

Try uploading using the Chrome browser

Have you tried the T3 docs on this area?

Addding/changing block/layout files and then updating the xml file
