Hi support team,

I tested template Client with iPhone 4/5 and Samsung Galaxy SII. It seems to me there are some issues. Please test it yourself.

For example:

• When i clicked one of the main menu items und scrolled down the chosen page and afterwards scrolling up to top of page sometimes main menu was not shown. When showing panel and hide it afterwards suddenly main menu was displayed again.
• Sidebar doesn't work accurate on no account.
• Some action onlys works with a huge delay of time.

What causes mentioned issues? The sticky header?

I can't fix the demo at the moment but this issue I think is a bug which affects Chrome we add a line of code to resolve this but in some templates it causes problems

If you decide to use the template I now how to resolve this

Yes we can fix these issues relating to the sticky bar but I'm uncertain what you mean by the side bar issue and the time delay

Can you elaborate a bit?

Hi Paul,

Referring to side bar issues:
- At first opening side bar and touching menu item "Features"
- This action is closing the side bar. Furthermore suddenly there is no more background image bambootheme.com/showcase/apr14/templates/client/images/bg/blue.jpg
- Opening side bar again now shows submenu items of top level menu item "Features".
- Now touching submenu item "T3 Features" is closing the side bar again.
- Opening side bar repeatedly now shows submenu items of submenu item "T3 Features".
- Now opening content page "Solid Template Framework"
- Afterwards i'm not able to open side bar again.

Today i tested your demo only with mobile phone Samsung Galaxy SII. Of course i know, it's a very old device.

However on monday i tested demo also with iPhone 4 und iPhone 5. As far as I can remember i noticed similar problems.

For testing i used only your demo bambootheme.com/showcase/apr14/
I didn't install template Client yet.

Today i tested your demo of template Client with iPhone 4 again.
I detected similar issues, which i listed for mobile phone Samsung Galaxy SII, please see to "Referring to side bar issues:" above.
With iPhone 4 it's only possible to open the side bar. When touching menu items, side bar will be closed immediately. When opening side bar again, i will not see any submenu items.
