Fixed (consistent) module size and Menu overlap

Hello,
Working with the Client theme (GREAT template!) and I am a little stuck. I want to have the content put into Grid 1-4 be lined up the same, that is all with the same height. (But still be responsive) Thoughts?

Also, when viewed on an iPhone, the off canvas menu button is almost in the center of the screen, and thus blocking some of the logo... how can I get it to stay on the right side?
