Where can I find and remove "Jacqui Smith" and replace her with my logo?

Sorry for what I'm certain is a very simple question, but I've looked everywhere and I can't find where I can change "Jacqui Smith" in the theme. It's in the database somewhere but I don't see that name in a search, It's not a module and it's not an article.

Its actually a custom html module published to the logo position

I've changed it over to another name on a site that I am doing, and now I'm wanting to swap over to a logo graphic.

I've got the logo graphic in a Custom HTML module, and it is showing, but I can't work out for the life of me where the text version is coming from. I only have the one Custom HTML module and it's the one that is used for the graphic.
