We noticed a bit of an inconsistency with the "Collapse navigation" on the desktop desktop version when the window is smaller, I believe when it switches between Small and Extra Small.
When the page gets to Small width the menu collapses to the mobile style which you can click to expand. The menu appears to expand over the top of the content below it - if the menu has a lot of items and expands off the bottom of the screen and you try to scroll down to see the other menu items it actually scrolls the content behind the menu instead of scrolling the menu down.
When the page get to Extra Small width and you expand the menu it appears to push the content below it down, so now when you scroll down the menu scrolls and you can access menu items that expanded off the bottom of the screen - this is what we would like to see any time we have the mobile style menu.
Do you know how we can get the mobile menu to always behave that way on the desktop view? you can see the issue on the live demo site.
The first screenshot shows where I can't scroll down to see the rest of the menu (Small?), the second shows where I can scroll down and see the other menu items (Extra Small view?)

As base4 is included in buildr and is much newer and more advanced + doesn't have this bug

This site is live, someone just noticed this the other day. We will probably look at updating the template at some point but since the site is live and we have finished customizing this template it probably won't be any time soon. Is there any way to change how the desktop view menu behaves in "small" size?
