Not for this site but we do have a quickstart site up for testing that has been updated to 1.3 and the setting actually works on that site.

Are you using this as your go to template?

As builder does have a newer version called base4

bambootheme.com/showcase/apr16/home/base4

Yeah, this site is already build on Base3, I'll check it out for the next site we do. I will create a ticket for checking this one out.

The base4 theme is part of the buildr template download if you want to test it out

In the Buildr quickstart you can see different themes in there including the base4 one
